Antique Sevres antique plate with cherub and floral illustrations.
Measures 24.5cm or 9 & 3/4".
Was part of a comprehensive dessert set with other plates that all had a different cherub pose in the centre.
This was purchased at an antique sale in Cambridgeshire a few years ago and we have been selling each piece individually as each is a work of porcelain art in its design and condition quality.
Hand Painted Sevres mark to reverse. The plate has fine illustration of cherub on a cloud. There are floral borders and a turquoise enamel theme.

Condition. The plate has three very tiny rim chips. There is a small amount of rubbing to the gold gilt on rim outer edge. There are some sooty kiln marks on the foot rim.
