A very beautiful jug made by master potter Emily J Partington. Emily J. Partington was a notable artist at Doulton, working from 1876 to 1912. She was promoted to Senior Assistant in 1882 and contributed to many beautiful pieces, often collaborating with other artists like Eliza Simmance. Her works include a variety of decorative items, such as jugs, vases, and planters. This jug was made by Emily with assistant marks by Kate E Russell and Elizabeth A Gadson.
Measures 6 & 1/4" or 17cm
Condition: Inspection found two very small chips on the inside of the rim.
