Condition Notes: Inspection found the painting condition is very good. The item is well preserved under the glass.

David Green was born in Great Yarmouth and began his art career at Great Yarmouth College of Art and Design. He later became a Display Exhibition Designer before retiring and taking up painting in soft pastels. His work often features landscapes, seascapes, and waterscapes, reflecting his deep connection to nature and his surroundings.

Green is known for his expressive use of colour and his ability to capture atmospheric effects, especially the interplay of light and sky. He has exhibited his work in various galleries, including the Riverside Gallery in Barnes, SW London, and The White Horse in Brancaster, North Norfolk. He is also a Fellow of the Nottingham Society of Artists
