Antique Liverpool Porcelain Tea bowl Cup & Saucer Gainsborough Rural Lovers 18thc

A rare tea bowl and saucer made by English Liverpool porcelain manufacturer 18thc.

Illustrated with The "Rural Lovers" an antique transferware pattern based on a 1760 print by François Vivares, which was engraved after a painting by Thomas Gainsborough.

In very good condition for the age. There is a tiny flea bite chip to the saucer foot rim otherwise no other damage.

Saucer 5 & 1/8" or 13cm diameter

Tea bowl 3 & 1/8" or 8cm diameter

1 & 5/8" or 4cm height.
