It is decorated in blue with a pair of large crane birds amongst pine trees. There are decorations to the reverse. A very nice antique piece likely 19thc or possibly earlier.
Measures 11 & 5/8" or 29.5cm diameter

Condition. This plate is in very good antique condition. Inspection found some age related wear. The rim has a faint hairline. There is a small foot rim chip. There is a original glazing flaw.

Meiji or earlier period. 
 Note that with antique items there may be tiny areas of wear that are authentic and signs of age and early manufacturing techniques. These include kiln stand marks, and glaze flaws.
